Founded in January 2024, we have successfully raised €1.5 million in an oversubscribed investment round from Scandinavian investors. Now the sails are set for international expansion.
Job description
As Key Account Manager, you’ll play an essential part in expanding our software business in the EU market. Your goal is to start new partnerships with organisations in Brussels. Both companies, NGOs, think tanks, public sector clients and more. You’ll work alongside a team of other Account Managers and have your own, dedicated area/sector of responsibility with freedom to approach business development in your own way.
Key responsibilities
Manage and grow a portfolio of clients within the EU public affairs, regulatory, and advocacy ecosystem (consultancies, trade associations, NGOs, corporate PA teams).
Drive a full sales cycle from prospecting and qualification to negotiation, closing, onboarding, and renewal.
Develop a strong understanding of EU policy workflows and map client needs to the company’s software solutions.
Build trusted relationships with decision-makers, influencers, and end-users within client organisations.
Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to increase account value and product adoption.
Deliver compelling product presentations, demos, and value propositions tailored to the public affairs market.
Monitor market developments, competitor activity, and industry trends to refine account strategies.
Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to optimise customer experience and feedback loops.
Maintain accurate CRM records, sales forecasts, and performance reporting.
Represent the company at public affairs events, policy conferences, and networking forums in Brussels.
What you need
Proven experience in sales or account management
Strong commercial instincts and ability to drive account growth independently
Excellent storytelling and presentation skills to influence stakeholders at all levels
Fluent in English and in another language
Comfortable working with limited support infrastructure; proactive and hands-on
High level of initiative, ownership, and organisational discipline
Tech-savvy, strong communicator, team player, problem-solver
