We’re headquartered in Copenhagen, and are expanding across Europe, now having established a large Brussels office from where we help organisations navigate the evolving policy landscape with data-driven insights and automation. Founded in January 2024, we have successfully raised €1.5 million in an oversubscribed investment round from Scandinavian investors. Now the sails are set for international expansion.
Job description
As a customer success manager, you will be an integral part of our growing team to support the onboarding, services and success of our new customers in Brussels. Your mission will be to retain and grow existing ARR by ensuring customer satisfaction, driving successful renewals, and maximising value realisation.
As a CSM, you will manage the post-sales relationship, own renewals and upsells, and act as the voice of the customer internally. You will collaborate closely with AEs to identify cross-sell opportunities and support overall account expansion.
Key responsibilities
Owning a growing portfolio of customers from across sectors
Building strong, trust-based relationships with key stakeholders across accounts
Identifying and driving expansion and upsell opportunities to increase account value
Leading renewal conversations with commercial acumen and minimal internal support
Acting as a strategic advisor by aligning customer objectives with Spaak’s product development
Running regular Business Reviews to showcase outcomes and influence stakeholders
Proactively monitoring customer health metrics and acting on risks and opportunities
Collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Marketing as customer advocate
Leveraging AI tools and automation to manage a high-value portfolio efficiently, streamlining reporting, enhancing customer engagement strategies, and accelerating insight generation to inform proactive decision-making
What you need
Proven experience in customer success or any client-facing role
Strong commercial instincts and ability to drive account growth independently
Excellent storytelling and presentation skills to influence stakeholders at all levels
Fluent in English and in another language
Comfortable working with limited support infrastructure; proactive and hands-on
High level of initiative, ownership, and organisational discipline
Tech-savvy, strong communicator, team player, problem-solver
