Troels Blicher Danielsen, CEO of TEKNIQ Arbejdsgiverne, uses an AI chatbot named Hamilton as his personal political advisor. Every morning, he receives an updated briefing on relevant political topics, which streamlines his preparation for debates and meetings.
Hamilton was developed by the Danish startup Spaak Technologies and is used for research, note-writing, and monitoring political issues. AI frees up time for more valuable tasks like networking and strategy, without replacing human consultants.
TEKNIQ has also developed a legal AI platform, which has handled over 13,000 member inquiries since January. It enables around-the-clock legal advice.
Troels emphasizes that AI doesn’t eliminate jobs, but transforms them. The value of future work lies in human skills like critical thinking, creativity, and personal interaction. AI will become an unavoidable part of all types of jobs.
However, he criticizes many organizations for being too slow to adopt AI, calling it a leadership issue. If the state and organizations don’t keep up, they risk losing the most talented young people who want to work with modern tools
