We're pleased to announce the appointment of Cyrille Mai Thanh as Managing Director, Europe at Spaak Technologies.
In this new leadership role, Cyrille will drive Spaak’s European expansion, grow the customer base, and accelerate the deployment of AI-driven solutions for public affairs professionals. Having worked as a lobbyist for the last ten years, Cyrille Mai Thanh brings extensive experience in public affairs and government relations. Before joining Spaak, he was Associate Partner at DGA Group, a top lobbying firm in Brussels, where he helped multinational companies and trade associations navigate and shape the EU political environment.
With a proven track record of guiding organisations through complex regulatory landscapes, Cyrille is well-positioned to help Spaak develop its EU product and lead the company’s growth at European level. “We are thrilled to welcome Cyrille to the team,” said Arthur Storm, CEO of Spaak. “His deep understanding of public affairs combined with his entrepreneurial mindset aligns perfectly with our mission to empower lobbyists with AI technology. With Cyrille onboard, we are confident Spaak will contribute to redefining how government affairs teams engage with policymakers and stakeholders in Brussels.”
Cyrille’s appointment comes at a pivotal moment as the company expands its footprint across Europe. Spaak's AI-powered platform helps monitor policy developments, identify relevant stakeholders, and optimise engagement strategies with unprecedented efficiency and accuracy. As the regulatory environment grows increasingly complex, Spaak’s technology offers organisations a smarter, more innovative approach to navigating policy landscapes. “I am excited to join Spaak and embark on the AI journey,” said Cyrille Mai Thanh. “AI opens up a whole range of new capabilities in many sectors, including public affairs. It can optimise workflows, increase productivity, and generate valuable insights. Today, there are over 30,000 lobbyists working in Brussels, this represents a significant business opportunity that Spaak will tap into.”
Spaak continues to attract top talent as it scales its operations and enhances its platform’s capabilities. With Cyrille leading its European strategy, the company is poised to set new benchmarks for AI-driven public affairs solutions.
